The AI Hype Bubble is clear and fully getting frothy.
When you have a Bloomberg reported talking about the 1/10 split and Reddit exciting.
Do not forget all things going back to 1999 -2000 .com stock crash.
Nividia is the new Cisco. Cisco was the infrastructure darling, just as Nvidia is today, with some solid revenues and legit business models. but not too the hype we are seeing.
Why?
There is too much effort in story telling all the amazing possibilities when you see all the revenue of the other AI coming it is not clear. There just too many similiarities of the likes of 1999 crash where there was no clarity on the business model of the internet.
We have a gold rush and no one really knows where to go with it.
So the story telling of all the possibilities.
There is too much $$$$$ and too much hype.
I am not saying short the market.
If you are building a real business in healthcare or in general do not worry continue.
But In 18 months, we will see Nvidia down by 80% and all the gravity with it taking lots of the market.
