Is there a starter kit for going Keto?  Q & A for Matt

  • How would someone like me start a Keto diet to experience the mental health benefits and have a chance of succeeding?

  • Also what is the best amount /recommended cardio for balancing Bipolar?  

    • I saw you had a stationary bike?  

    • How many minutes a week/day? and how high do you need your heart rate to get?

  • Blue Light blockers?? Reference for where to get them etc.
